Kathy’s desire is to assist humanity to experience a world filled with happiness and joyfulness. Pure Power Events is an opportunity, where guests will learn how to dissolve drama and chaos, and heal traumas, by choice. Change is happening moment to moment, and Kathy’s goal is to co-create a new story that is positive, loving and is unlimited.  Opening your heart and living from it. 

As one of the founders of Pure Power Events Kathy is happy to open doors with with the support of others exceptional talent, to help to guide you on this journey. At some level we are all one, and our goal is to spread happiness, release judgment and increase gratitude for all that is.

Kathy has been a devoted meditator for the last 20 years, when she came into her own awareness. She is a Silva Grad, a facilitator of Angel Readings and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Level Three Practitioner who has taught hundreds of people EFT techniques.

She has been the Event Co-coordinator for The Canadian Society of Questers, Okanagan Chapter (Kelowna) for eight years.  She is the former owner of White Light Treasures for Life a retail establishment that was host to many different types of metaphysical workshops and gatherings. She is also the current organizer of Total Health Fair.

Tommi Hanley has a degree in Journalism from Ryerson University. She is a former Editor of Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine and was instrumental to the creation of the IncentiveWorks, the largest trade show for the events industry in Canada, now in its 24th successful year.

In the early 1990’s Tommi relocated to British Columbia and established Thompson Lloyd Communications (TLC), to specialize in marketing, promotions and public relations with a focus on the meetings, conferences and incentive travel. In 2002, TLC moved offices from Vancouver to Kelowna.  As the media relations consultant for Tourism Kelowna from 2001 through 2003, TLC helped generate extensive national and international media coverage of the city as a tourism destination via TV, internet, print and radio.

In 2005 Tommi opened Shop the Valley Destination Management, (www.shopthevalley.ca), specializing in event planning services for the corporate, association and not-for-profit markets.

From 2009 to 2013 she held a part-time position as the Lead Instructor of the Event Promotions and Management (EPM) diploma program at the Centre for Arts & Technology, Kelowna. 

Tommi is honoured to be a co-founder of Pure Power Events,. The content and core objectives of Pure Power are concepts she is very passionate about and looks forward to bringing these enlightening events to the public.
